Peacock Boutique will accept full-price merchandise in un-worn and un-altered condition with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase for full-refund to the original form of payment, less the original shipping costs. Sale items, hats and lingerie or related items are final sale. Any item that has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered is not eligible for a return. Items received after 14 days from purchase will not be accepted for return. Peacock Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements. Brick & Mortar Return Policy
Customers who visit our brick-and-mortar location engage in a boutique shopping experience. Personal attention, the ability to try items before making a purchase and nature of a boutique environment, which require us to operate with the following return policy:
Peacock Boutique will accept un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached and a sales receipt for return within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. A store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time. Sale items, hats and lingerie or related items are final sale. Any item that has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered is not eligible for a return. Peacock Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.
Peacock Boutique offers three different types of shipping: Standard Shipping (expect your order in 5-10 business days), Expedited Shipping (expect your order in 2-4 business days), and International (for orders outside the U.S). International customers are responsible for all duty taxes and fees upon product arrival. Free standard shipping is always offered to orders over $250. Should there be special circumstances with your order, feel free to contact us and we will work to accommodate your requests.
